By attending any event or class organized by Kapila Gardens, you consent to the following:

3. Media Distribution: These images or videos may be used in various formats, including but not limited to:

   • Social media platforms

   • Websites

   • Print materials (e.g., flyers, brochures)

   • Digital or electronic publications

   • Broadcast media

4. No Obligation: [Your Meditation Class Name] is under no obligation to use, publish, or distribute any particular image or video, but retains the right to do so at its discretion.

5. Release of Claims: You hereby release and discharge [Your Meditation Class Name], its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action that arise out of the use, alteration, or distribution of said photographs or videos.

6. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of the [Your Meditation Class Name] staff at the beginning of the event. However, please understand that due to the nature of the event, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background of other photographs or videos.
